I live here in Charger land, and the fans are fed up with Norv and this under producing team. It will be a good game though.
My feelings exactly. First and foremost. J.E.T.S. The rest is kind of gravy.I'll take Oakland and Miami. That would be my Christmas present.
NE is by far the better team for us to win. Even if they win and we lose, we still control the division.
What are you talking about? If NE wins and we lose (say, to the Bills), we have the following scenario: same records (11-5, say, or even 10-6) tie head-to-head (1-1) tie division record (4-2) LOSE COMMON GAMES Whereas, if the Dolphins win, we definitely have the better division record (unless we somehow lose to both the Phins and Bills, in which case we don't make the playoffs either way). We want the Dolphins to win because then we at least have control by playing them at the end of the season. Bottom line, we CAN get the tie-breaker over the Dolphins for sure, whereas a tie-breaker over the Patriots is still up in the air. Therefore, we should want the Dolphins to win.
If we lose and the cheats beat the fish we are both 7-4. Our division record is 3-1 and theirs is 3-2. As long as we keep winning, the division is our. Past the Titans game they are all winnable.
i think its been pretty even. i dont think anyone says that about the jets right now. sure more are picking them to lose this week than are picking them to win, but we are playing an undefeated team so its not like they are picking the titans because the jets aren't that good.
Chad needs to pull out a big one for us, again, he's become more reliable now that he doesn't rock the green and white.
You mean it is not important to beat the best? Is there not out there a saying that "to be the best you have to beat the best"?
Honestly, whoever wins Sunday in Miami is fine with me. It would be great to see the Pats down to 6-5, but it would also be great to see Dolphins fans humbled since they have become so cocky with a team worse than the 2006 Jets.
We are not a super bowl bound team, but I think you may have us confused with last years team bro. This year we are staying in games, and have the mentality to over come a deficit.
I am not cocky, just very happy after going 1-15 last year bro. We have been down for how many years now? I lost count.
I am very glad that we got Chad, as he has given us a leader at the QB spot. We have not had that since Dan retired. Best of luck against Tennessee.
You've got class for a Fins fan, my friend. I wish your team the best against the Pats but after that, not so much.
Thanks bro. It is just great to have competition again in our division rather then hearing how soon the pats have clinched the division.
