It's hilarious because Jets fans couldn't wait to show him the door for the past 3 years in a row, but now they are acting like everyone knew Becton was a stud.
100%, OL needs to be a priority at all time. My point was that Moses is getting older and more injured and I would not him to be an unquestioned starter like he was last year. I am OK to bring him back as a swing tackle or to even compete for a starter, but I would ideally like to get a bigger younger starting RT to further bolster the OL. Warren and Max to me are basically practice squad guys, who should not see any playing time.
for real, this unit just needs to stick together. It had some bright spots last year. If a good RT is available in the draft you cap it off with that to get younger and better than Moses, but otherwise continuity is the solution with this unit
Yeah, looks that way. 3 year deal. I was thinking IF we bring him back, on a 1 year deal as a back-up swing. 34 years old and body breaking down last two. 3 year deal seems a lot, even a 2 year one.
I would have liked Moses back, but I would have a little concerned with 3yrs/24mil. He seems more like at a year to year situation now
