Ugh. Sickening to see David DeCastro on that list. A decent amount of us wanted him in the draft of 2012, but Rex Ryan was allowed to make the brilliant call that gave us Quinton Coples.
Even that is useless. many players admitted to voting for themselves and teammates/friends over deserving players. Many players admitted to voting for older guys out of respect then younger players who outplayed them. At this point the pro bowl is no better then a popularity contest
i didn't suggest player voting... i said coaching staffs and FO personnel (ie GM's, scouts, directors of pro personnel, etc)
Brandon Marshall just said on Inside the NFL that he played 4 straight weeks on a high ankle sprain. Aren't those supposed to keep you out for like a month? And he still put up 1500 yards? What a monster.
