They can both go as far as I'm concerned. Although Rex seems to like Woodhead for some reason(scout team).

Sure he does. What does it matter is he is small? The guys is tough as nails and was faster than Leon last season even after recovering from his knee injury. Look at Darren Sproles....you know how many people would have said the exact same thing about him?....Doug Flutie, etc.....

Al Davis runs his team with the same sort of thinking your post expresses. 53 guys with great measurables don't necessarily make great football teams.

I stopped reading when you compared Danny Woodhead to Darren Sproles.

He was supposed to be a WR last season. The only reason he got signed onto the active roster was because of Leon's injury. As soon as McKnight gets his shit together, Woodhead is useless.

when i played ball (linebacker) we had this tiny kid on the team, no mroe tha 4-10" but SUPER FAST. i rememeber one game that coach put him on the DEFENSIVE LINE and that little fker got 6 sacks.

he was just so damn fast off the hike and ran so low that o-lineman could not stop him. he even literaly took the hand off and ran it back for 6.

try him at DE, can't be any worse than ghost!!!!!! how funny would that be!

Why do you want C. Washington to get axed? I'm pretty sure he'll be on the team until Sept.5.
If any of our RB sustains an injury he is the one who'd step up!

Having said that I think he won't make the team during final cuts but I hope he sticks around on the PS because I think he can become a nice compliment to Greene.

I also think if T-rich sustains an injury (after all he is 100 years old) we go with 4 RBs and 1 FB....

Why would we carry 4 HBs and 2 FBs?
The guy has appeared in a total of 8 games in 2 years and hasn't touched the ball since 2008. He was only brought in as a special teams option to block for Brad Smith on kickoffs. If Joe McKnight takes the KR job away from Smith than Smith will probably be going back to his original role as lead blocker on KRs which would make Washington pretty much useless on the active roster.
You sure? Because I would guess it would be one of the other running backs.
