I understand your belief that you speak for the silent majority of Jets fans. However you cannot fail to understand that the majority of regular posters and in the main lurkers like myself would prefer you to be silent in terms of multiple threads. The last I checked everybody is welcome to offer opinion on TGG and there is a community spirit. It would certainly appear to be the case that you sir are jeopardising this spirit with your incessant need to crusade on the topic of darksiders. It has been said before there is a significant proportion of the Jets fanbase who get the fear deep in their heart and soul. They will express their unhappiness with their view of weaknesses even when we are winning and in many cases of the posters you seem to take such delight at ragging on are in my view knowledgable in football terms. There are also a number of eternally optimistic fans who will always have hopes way out of whack with reality. This number also features knowledgable posters. I can only reach the view that your posting is indicative of a need for attention. As a long time Jets fan why not avail us of your reasons for optimism based on the gems from our history rather than this current fixation. A failure to shift perspective will see the majority continue to wish for your silence or concentration on a single thread
Ok, you seem to be somewhat reasonable. I have not used any foul language or called for anyone's banishment despite the fact that many posters have done that to me. I've been a loyal Jets fan since 1968. I've never cheered for any other team. I simply like Vaccaro today want Jet fans to be more positive. There is valid criticism and I'm not talking about that. However, when someone makes ridiculous statements like the Jets are done after the Oakland game, Favre was a mistake, etc, I simply point out the fact that they were dead WRONG. A man would stand up and admit their mistake. Darksiders seem incapable of doing just that. They love to dish it out but hate it when someone points out that their ridiculous statements are WRONG. GOOD NIGHT!

the language he uses doesn't seem to be that of someone who followed the jets in 68...more like someone who started following the jets around 85 or 90 he also seems to posses the emotional maturity of a 10 year old
