They should have the cajones to just come out and state that the Jets value winning more than they care about drunk driving or team discipline. Guys, a team cannot discipline players for violating the substance abuse policy. Tanny saying that protects the team from a grievance by the union...that is all.
Yea DUIs while bad its not like someone got hurt. Really the truth is everyone has driven drunk at one time or another and braylon just happened to get caught. Id bet my life savings that hes not the only Jet player to have driven after drinking this season.
