He only started the GPC...... remember he was the guy that beat the Pats and killed thier dynasty*

If not Cowher Shanahan who I hate BTW would be my next choice (only if we could reunite him with Kubiak)

    WHY NOT!?!?!

I'd prefer Cowher, but just think of the JETS running game with Shananigan. With the oline, Jones and Leon, I think he'd lick his chops over the opportunity

"How attractive would Mike Shanahan be for the New York Jets? He could get the offense going"

How many Super Bowls did Elway win without Shanahan?

What kind of line has he built in Denver. Any back off the street can rush for 1000 yards

I know, Elway was great when he led them to the AFC title game three years ago.

You guys are crazy. Shanahan would make a great coach especially after complaining about bad play-calling by Herm and Mangina.

Im always amazed at how some Jet fans react to possible hirings or signings. Acting like theyd be distraught if we got Shanahan???? Are you fucking kidding me? After the shit we just had. Shanahan sucks????? Retards

Shanahan would be a great fit for the Jets. Yes he plays dirty(Tells lineman to chop block and injure the opposition, did the player down stunt vs the Jets this year) amongst others and his drafting isnt too good(Clarrett in the 3rd round sticks out) as well as being a bit of a control freak BUT this guy gets the most out of his team. He had a whole shit load of injuries this year as well as one of the youngest teams in the game and got them to 8 wins.

He isnt the typical good guy coach and all, but he gets results in with not much talent(He did great with Elway, Sharpe and Davis but did nicely in the years after that even with Plummer at QB.........).

Just dont give Mike THAT much power, and he would be an awesome fit here.

Yep, Shanahan has a ton of balls and will go for the win as opposed to playing it safe. One of the bigger gamblers as far as coaches go.

Every single one of us would happily trade Shanahan's last 14 season's with the Broncos over our last 14.

Thanks for the voice of reason. He would only be the best head coach not named Parcells that we have had in my lifetime. Yeah, that would suck.
