Totally agree! I really want to call that fat piece of shit and ask him why is it that when the Jets win in the setting of the opposing kicker missing 3 FG's, they were just lucky and it was "divine intervention" as Fatcessa called it. But when the Jets lose as they miss 2 FG's and have key injuries to both the offense (Greene) and the D (Strickland) AND the ref totally misses a blatant roughing the passer call against Sanchez, they're just no good. It was just as much "divine intervention" that the Jets lost today as it was when they won last week!
Again.....Fraudcesa said the Colts were winning when they pulled their starters. Ergo, Jets never would have won and were given a gift. Jets were winning when Shonn Greene was in the game and lost the game when he was out. Ergo, Colts were lucky to win and would never have won had Greene not gotten hurt and were given a gift.
I'm sure he came in his pants over Peyton's performance. However, he seems to give the Jets more credit when they lose, so I wouldn't be surprised to hear him praise us this week because (a) the aforementioned reason and (b) it'd be unexpected.
yeah thats my prediction. he'll throw in his cheap shots but for the most part he'll throw more compliments at us then when we were winning.
He's losing listeners to ESPN. His act has worn thin. He berates callers for no reason at all, cuts off folks who show him up by pointing out his errors, and is drastically overpaid. ESPN 1050 is not only the radio home of the Jets, but their personnel -- Buttle, etc -- are WAY more knowledgeable about football than Fraudcesa. Did you guys read Mushnick today? TOTALLY SHREDDED Fraudcesa's hypocrisy. He and the Spayed Puppy always used to suck up to their favorites and criticize others who did likewise.
