    he's terrible, but if we're going to start him, we can't just pull him early every game. managers can't afford to start guys if it means they have to use the bullpen for 5 or 6 innings each time.

    if a team starts a guy like brian lawrence, it's because they're willing to accept his getting shellacked.

    it was the same thing last week in colorado. josh fogg had NOTHING, he was getting hammered. but hurdle left him out there

    Why in the F do we bother to bring in Shoenpecker – we should just spot the opposing team three runs and skip the inning.

    fucking braves are starting smoltz on 3 days rest today so that he'll start vs. us.

    yeah I know they want to catch us, but it's so frustrating to watch teams rearrange rotations to face us

    we face the three best: smoltz, hudson, and james

    Lawrence DFA'd, Endy up and in the starting lineup tonight. Burgos to have Tommy John so he's done for all of next season as well. That trade sure looks awful now.
