Pelfrey with 5 shutout innings, but the Mets AAA lineup also doing nothing through 5.

Wright Ks with Castillo on 2nd and none out in the top of the 6th (Gallardo's 10th K). I guess Manuel was right in wanting to sit him after all?

Church singles in Castillo. 1-0 Mets.

Pelfrey called on a balk that looked like a bogus call to me.

Man on second an no one out. This is where the Mets of recent weeks will implode and the game will be over.

Brewers moronically bunt with the #5 batter up and Fielder gets picked off second after the bunt is missed.

The guys on the radio thought the balk call was a good one.

All I know is from what I've heard, but Pelfrey has been fantastic.

Pelfrey cruises through 7 2/3, but then gives up a single and walk. Green coming in to get one out.

    Green gets the out.

How about some insurance for Frankie, Mets?

Murphy should be benched. It's too bad there aren't really other options.

This could be over very soon. If Rodriguez starts doing poorly too this team will really be impossible to watch.

Fielder hits it hard into an out, and then Frankie gets two easy outs to end it. Wow, a win.

How is it that they won today with a decided disadvantage but couldn't win either of the first two?

Well, the lineup didn't produce yet again, but Pelfrey threw a gem.
