The Mets have been quite all season. The only signings I really know of are - Scott Schoeneweis - Aaron Sele (Minor League deal) - Ruben Siera (Minor League deal) - [Some 18 Year old Aussie kid, who is going to school still] - Chan Ho Park That's all I know of. Great improvement by the Mets this off-season WORLD SERIES 07!!
Don't forget the addition of Jorge Sosa (he is the king of the high ERA) They also signed Moises Alou, surely you knew that but it's been such a long offseason you probably forgot.
Don't forget about Ambiorix Burgos, whom I believe will end up being our best offseason acquisition. (believe=hope, as usual) http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/players/stats?playerId=6256
I remember they signed Sosa, and I knew about Alou, but you were right, it happened so early in the off-season that I TOTALLY forget. Wow, it's been a loooooong off-season.

Too many nights by himself after Anna and him split Wow that is huge..... the addition of Maine very nearly put this team into the WS last year. He was an afterthought is that deal.....
Tom Verducci likes Oliver Perez in '07. So Dr. Christian Troy likes Tom Verducci today. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/writers/tom_verducci/02/13/breakout.players/index.html
As you all already know, I co-host a 100% commercial-free, no one makes a dime from it, Sports Talk radio show on Long Island. The other night, Mets beat reporter Adam Rubin (from the Daily News) joined us in-studio for 2 commercial-free hours of nothing but Mets talk. I'll post a list of all topics discussed, but that will take some time. You can find the interview at http://hosted.filefront.com/patchyfogg Part 1 is 70 commercial-free minutes, and Part 2 is 50 commercial-free minutes. Adam and other baseball writers will join us throughout Spring Training, so I'll be sure to post the interviews when As always, thanks. And, I hope you enjoy.
