I'm really looking forward to this "Heaven and Hell" project with Dio and Sabbath. Heaven and Hell and Mob Rules were the best Sabbath Albums IMO. I looked for an official site but couldn't find anything with info or samples. If any of you rivet heads come along something,let me know.

Man, I mean, I know my music is abrasive to people who aren't accustomed to the sound, but that first song really sounds like a Muppet being violently strangled to death in an aluminum trashcan.

 

It's more like the wails of a kitten trapped inside a violin. Oh, and the violin's on fire.

Any doom metal fans here? The only band I know well out of that genre is Disembowelment, and I love em, but theyre not enough to satisfy my appetite. My Dying Bride, Katatonia, Sunn O))), Anathema, and Paradise Lost are a few other bands that Ive been meaning to check out and will probably do so soon. Does anyone have any other recommendations for me?

 

Does anyone else think the main riff in "I'm The Man" by Anthrax sounds a lot like "Hava Nagila"?
