I thought MNF had bottomed out with Dennis Miller. Kornheiser may actually be more grating. I had the sound muted after a while.
A coulpe of years ago you could turn down the TV and listen to your radio with the Jet broadcasters giving you the play by play. Unfournately they went to a 7 second delay and you here the radio before the TV can show you the play.
With HD I somehow manage to get mostly crowd noise on my TV and can use the stereo to really lower the broadcasters. That came in handy last night. Sucks for baseball though, because I have to crank the thing to hear Vin Scully late at night, then the commercials come on and wake up my whole family.
I also cant stand Kornhole. To the person who started this thread I will let you know I also wrote ESPN but never heard anything back. My response was regarding the Jets/Fins game 2 years ago in the rain that Chad actually won for us when he hit I believe Cotchery over the middle on a nice 30 yd pass for the game winner. I think Coles got knocked out of that game with a concussion. Anyway Kornhole was going on and on about Chads lollipop arm and how he throws like a girl and cant make all the throws and he limits the offense and on and on and on....you get the point. I was so pissed off I wanted to reach through the TV and ring his neck. Total lack of professionalism and its irritating as hell, but nothing will be done. He is the biggest loser on TV and cant wait till ESPN wakes the f up and cans him.
