You said it yourself, Champ. You tape the game, and if the Jets win, you watch it. If they don't, you erase it. Based upon that, it's a safe assumption you didn't watch the game. The reason Penny threw that pick is because his arm is shot to hell, and he tried throwing it across the field.
Champ-I really don't get why you have been on D'Brick case so much this year. I can honestly say that D'Brick and Mangold have been absolutely better than anyone could have expected. The pass protection has been great and they did a great job the second time around against NE and they did a great job yesterday keeping Chad clean. I was not a big fan of takeing D'Brick at 4, but I have no problem in saying today that he should have been the No. 2 pick right behind Young.
Actually, Jetsin2004 is right. The play was designed for brick to fake the run or bootleg to the other side and come right back to the left side to where he will block. But, Alex Brown made a good play and got pressure on chad. It wasn't bricks fault, it was a problem in the line scheme.
Oh, ish, championjet! I know this fool from another Jets board. He isn't a real Jets fan. He is just a troll. I remember when he got banned from that other message board, he just made another account and his last statement was...."That's it! I had enough of this team and you losers. I'm going to root for a real team and that is the Patriots." I'm 99.9% sure that its the same guy. I don't usually like to post, but just had to chime in.
what an awesome first page. When i saw the play i thought WTF whatever D'Brick was doing it wasn't blocking
He just left for another "cruise". We play Houston this week, the plans have been booked since the schedule came out.
I love how Champ says the reason for D'Bricks flaw is clearly cited in a newspaper, instead of saying I noticed it while watching the game. then, trying to say he watched the game! i love it... Champ your like a person in a bad relationship just waiting for something to go wrong so you have an excuse to get out of it
