What a wonderful season the Jets are giving us. Currently 0-4 now a former player embarrasses the franchise off the field. He played for the Eagles too. Good thing he survived he would've been the butt (pun intended) of many jokes had he been stabbed to death by a door dash driver that would've been a humiliating way to go out . He'll still be the butt of many jokes luckily for him he's still amongst the living. It's a shame I thought he was excellent on tv working the games.
My guess is the driver isn't a NFL fan at all. I would've known who Sanchez is heck I have to imagine many fans around the country would know who he is. That was a super high profile Jets team he played on and he works (or worked) the games on TV for Fox. Sanchez was arrested to add insult to injury the driver may look to sue him after finding out who he is.
On 2 occasions famous people tried to get very expensive stuff for free from me while I was at work. One was a very high profile DJ, the other a relief pitcher that every baseball fan would know. I politely told them both to fuck off with that shit to the shock of my coworkers who knew who they were. Won’t name names because I’ve shared the stories a number of times over the years, but what I’m getting at is their fame didn’t change the situation (for me, anyway). If you’re gonna be an asshole expect nothing less than the same in return. Innocent until proven guilty, but from what’s come out so far, it sounds like Sanchez was playing stupid games.
has anyone checked on njyunc? sanchez was an absolutely terrible quarterback for the jets. dont let anyone fool you. he couldnt complete passes behind the line of scrimmage at a 60% rate. i hope he is ok, regardless of the story or the reasoning for him getting stabbed. he might be a good guy and its really none of my business whats going on in his personal life.
Let's not pretend he was Tom Brady, or Dan Marino or Peyton Manning, the average person wouldn't have a clue who he was, outside of New Yorkers and Jets fans
