I like Goodson...think he has a lot of upside. He can also catch the ball and make some year which was sorely lacking without LT last season. Those dump off passes are chain movers.
Great signing! Had McFadden on my fantasy team, but this guy was the Raider RB that impressed me last season.
yeah that is one issue he better get under control or we will pay him one season and cut him. Can be an average team and give the ball away
Love this move. He has catching ability, speed, and starting ability. Most of all, we signed him for than what the titans signed Greene for. So overall Idzik did a great job with this signing. Trying to find some diamonds in the rough. Goodson and Powell will be a nice 1-2 punch
This is the type of free agent signing we needed this year. Cheap with speed and upside. It makes RB a bit less of a pressing need in the draft so we can focus on taking the BPA at other needs.
Yep opens up safety, reciever, OLB, tight end for the first four rounds or like you said BPA unless a center

Agreed. Video was impressive, but you can make an impressive video of almost anyone. Almost. Still, I like the signing. I'm a big fan of speedy backs vs bruisers. Battling for a yard here and there is important but having a guy with explosive ability is going to make the secondary respect that threat a lot more. Maybe someone already touched on it (haven't really been keeping up with this thread) but I read somewhere that he can also do returns. Anyone know anything about that? Did he do returns at all for the Raiders? What were his numbers like?
Honestly, its a solid signing... but I wouldnt count on him much. I would still look for the Jets to add a RB in the draft relatively early.
