Mangini is trying, I really beleive the problem is Chad, he can't throw the 25-30 yard intermediate route and let our receivers run. Thus Chad at most will only score between 14-21 points, which just puts too much pressure on the defense. We have to be patient right now, I think Mangini is smart and will make the decision this week to put in Clemens.
As I said at the start of this thread, and earlier this week, the Jets have a history of jump-starting rookie careers, and Mangini set a passive tone that continued the entire game. Edwards looks like the real deal. Not only did he hit the passes, but he hit his receivers in stride. At the end of the day, however, Chad's arm just keeps becoming an issue. It's getting to be Clemmens-time. Oh my darling
