According to EA Sports and the creators of Madden, Mark Sanchez is not clutch, also he does not throw a tight spiral but Cam Newton does. Take a look at his player traits in the link. Pretty simple formula here guys. madden is made to appeal to the largest number of NFL fans which means all the casual fans who think they know te sport because they are in 3 free fantasy leagues. Ask those people about sanchez and all of a sudden his attributes make sense.
