Lowery did fine. He is playing up to his abilities. We need another CB, but Lowery will be fine. It was Peyton freaking Manning!
garcon is a piece of shit. every catch he made he was bobbling but lowery was never in position to get a hand in or put a hit on him after the ball got there.
Hate to break this to you but Lowery wasn't beat on most of those catches, if any really. Receiver never got behind him and Lowery had tight coverage on most of them. Is Lowrey Revis? No, but who is? If Lowery was blowing coverage or allowing seperation I'd agree with you. But the real problem here was no pressure on Manning in the second half, you give manning time he'll pick apart any defense. Especially when your haivng to blitz to even try to get pressure. the other key is the Colts held us to 89 yards rushing....combine an inability to run and an inability to pressure manning and that's what cost us the game.
I said it once ill say it again. Strickland is a much better cover corner then most people may think. He left the passing game suffered.
He is young, but at the moment, Lowery can not start at CB for this team. Good for depth, but he just can't start.

Pretty much sums it up. Lowery isn't big or fast enough to give blanket coverage on every play and Manning had more than enough time to pick us apart. He is a talented player though.

lowery I dont wanna call him a bum because he plays hard but he's not capable of covering nfl caliber recievers on his own he can be a decent dime back or nickel to blow up screens and blitz... but he can't cover strickland I had hope for but injury problems we need a DB I agree
