It's crazy to think how long we have been posting here, I believe I started posting in 2001 though it may have been late 2000. We had alot of fun back then- GG, Jabba and myself would get into some legendary battles.
I'd probably feel the same way you do, but because of the unusual circumstances of how it happened this year, I'm just enjoying the piss out of it. It's all good. I might feel that way next year, but not now.
That was when we beat Indy 41-0 in the playoffs, so that might have brought a lot of people back here.
it just feels weird (in a good way of course), getting ready for the AFC championship game. I mean I get pumped for the championship games every year even when we're not in...........the feeling is surreal. Still can't decide if I'm going to a bar for the game....or staying home or going to a friends house. Bars are always fun and sometimes the distraction helps alleviate the stress factor.but you know you have to deal with people who haven't watched a game all year (and some anti Jet fans that you really don't want to deal with).
I actually remember when you left the ESPN boards. It was because of all the trolls after we lost to the Raiders. I signed up here a few weeks later too.
5/9/65 Don't remember the game, but my Dad said he made sure my brothers and I all watched some of it... Enjoyed going through this thread... forgot about Jessie (catwoman)... man she and I did not get along! Though for the life of me, i can't remember what we argued about.
Yeah, I was in Saudi when the server went down and I didn't get a chance to register back on the forum until After the new year.
