The irony of this thread being the Bills won't make the playoffs either but they'll just get a worse pick.
I give Bills fans credit. At least they find ways to stay entertained during their losing seasons unlike 75% of whiney Jets fans.
sigh..I wish we had the number 4 pick coming up although we would probably use it on a safety with these clowns.
I got a quote from BuffaloPhysco, "I'm trying not to be too depressed watching Rex Ryan get fired as we miss the playoffs for a 17th straight year. I'm big mad."
Talk about dysfunctional franchise..... this deserves a "LOL" http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/bills-owner-explains-why-rex-ryan-was-fired-and-why-gm-had-clue/
normally we couldn't but the Buffalo situation is a special case. The special case being their fanbase's puffed out chest with the hiring of Rex. They were going to be super bowl contenders and loved all the bullshit he did. This is the exact same bullshit they made light of just the season before. As a bonus you have the parade shitting they did on Fitz during the 2015 season. For or a month or two we can sit around laughing at each others franchise and pointing fingers.
I'm not so sure on this one. I listened to Doug Whaley's odd press conference from yesterday and instantly felt better about the food chain in the AFC East. Have to give credit to the Buffalo press, who grilled the fuck out of that dude. Best takeaway lines (paraphrased): Question: "It wasn't your decision to hire Rex Ryan, you weren't consulted in his firing, had no input into the decision to appoint Anthony Lynn as interim coach, played no roll in the decision to sit Tyrod Taylor. . . what exactly is it that you do?" Follow up: "If it wasn't your decision to appoint Anthony Lynn as interim coach, then whose was it?" Whaley: "Rex Ryan." I should say - Anthony Lynn was probably the best choice to be interim coach. I just can't imagine why the guy would ADMIT that he had no roll in naming Lynn as the temporary successor, and how the just-fired coach made that decision. It was so bad that Terry Pegula and his Korean assistant Kim had to immediately come out from under theirs snuggies to spin the news cycle. As bad as things on Planet Jets may be, I take great comfort that Doug Whaley has the reigns in Buffalo.
haha i hadnt seen that, i also cant believe he admitted that the fired head coach who he didnt fire or know anything about firing named the interim coach. good lord.
