Yeah, it also requires an O line that can block and superb running game. The Lions are screwed.

History is in the making... I for one would love to see the first ever 0-16 team in our era. We survived 16-0 last season, so why not?

I would like the Lions to win straight up if Stanton were playing instead of Culpepper.

One of the great mysteries of our time is why the Lions signed Culpepper. He'll suck the life out of any team.

I hope the lions win, imagine if the jets lost last week that would be the worst matchup ever, an 11-0 vs 0-11

Yeah, of course it would be nice for Detroit to win but it's just not going to happen. They don't have the talent on either line to handle Tennessee and I think the Titans will be up for this game to try to show the national audience that they still 'got game'.

Yes, Detroit has played pretty well on Thanksgiving in years past, especially against GB, but GB is a hated division rival. I can't see the Lions being in this game after halftime....

The Lions could have Joe Montana in his prime and they'd still get crushed in this game. The Titans will mop the floor with them.

    Horrible, horrible matchup.

As much as I want the Jets to catch Tennesee, I'd rather see a no-win season.

You would rather see a no-win season than the Jets have home field advantage throughout the playoffs?

    I could give 2 shits about a no-win season.

I could also give 2 shits about a no-win season.

That's why a lot of other people wanted us to lose to the titans so they could have seen a 11-0 vs 0-11 team. Too bad! =)

Disagree. Montana in his prime and the Lions win.

I think the biggest thing hurting the Lions here is that the Titans lost on Sunday, and lost badly.

Actually, they start drinking. Then they start playing and very, very soon after that they start losing.

If they could kick the booze for just this one game they could give us a really great present...

Reasons the Lions will win today.

    - They actually built a lead last game. Sure, they blew it, but it's a start.
    - The titans are not offensive juggarnauts, so they wont be blowing anyone out.
    - The lions can't run the ball, which means cullpepper will be throwing. A lot. WHat is the titan's main weakness again? Stopping the pass.
    - Lions have nothing to play for but pride. National TV game, and they want to shut up people who think they should not be playing today with a really solid performance. Normally, they do step up on thanksgiving for a good show.
    - Titans, while hungry, I think were just demoralized last game. Is there a hangover?
