I can be excited all i want and continue to be because whether it was the Titans or not we made progress. And thats really all you can ask for.

 

Exactly we played a shit team. If we get between 6-9 victories this season is a success.

This statement is true - but I'd make it 8 wins

 

i love how sports illustrated gave us a "best case scenario" of 8-8...i hope we prove them wrong...i also love how they predicted the dolphins to go to the super bowl

 

8-8 seemed reasonable, i might raise the bar if we can take 2 of our next 4.

but coming into the season i said 6 to 8 wins.

but the phins in the SB really made me laugh, if they were legit I'd say it but theyre not.

 

That's basically the reason for my "Reconsidering Rebuilding" thread. I do feel that if we were to get a real RB out there we could win 9-10 games when you factor in Chad, coaching and our schedule. Too bad they made such a commitment to Barlow because I truly feel that our running game is struggling more due to the talent in the backfield as opposed to blocking.

I still think we're a .500 team this season. But, if we win on Sunday, I'm gonna start thinkin' 10-6 and playoffs.
