d-brick is a great offensive lineman no doubt.but is he worthy of a #4 pick this team has so many other crucial needs at key positions i just dont know?
Most of us would like to trade down, but if we're forced to stay at #4 then I'd like to take D'Brickashaw Ferguson. I love his personality and his performance at the Senior Bowl was amazing. He's open to challenges and likes to compete even if it may put his stock at "risk", which I love. His hometown is also minutes away from mine in Long Island.
People keep saying Ferguson because we could have a franchise LT.... which obviously more important than a franchise QB, right?
Yes if we believe he isn't worth it at 4, although I am not in favor of either because we need to trade down
Jay 30 Ferguson 29- I'm realizing there are much more cutler supporters then i first realized. Keep it going
I say draft D Brick at 4 but if we trade Abe to the Chargers for Rivers and their 1st which is the only way we should do that deal then i say Deangelo Williams at at 4 and with the Chargers 1st we should grab an OT i say Jonathan Scott or Marcus Mcneil or Winston Justice
I voted D'Brick....but to be honest, I would not be too thrilled about taking any of these guys at #4. I'd prefer Williams about 4 or 5 spots lower.
It seems that everytime i check back Cutler has edged D'Brick by 1 vote. Oh and thanks for the info on trade downs i'll see if I can work them into the next poll. Keep voting Jets Fans!
i voted d'brick but for some reason i dont see us staying at that spot and taking him with abe being franchised
None of the above. I still like Lendale White in the 6 or 7 hole after we drop back a bit, gaining a second or thrird rounder. Ellis
Why Lendale Ellis? Out of Williams and Maroney. What about reports that his coaches say he doesn't work hard enough and doesn't keep in shape. Yeah i mean i guess you could say its all speculation but I don't know.
Why.. he's th more NFL ready back coming out of the USC backfield. When they NEEDED yards, it was White, not Bush that got the ball. He's coming out of damn near pro style offense, has good speed, runs between the tackles, and has a nose for the endzone. I just think he's a better back than Maroney. Maroney doesn't impress me... D Williams is a great back, and has potential to be around a long time, but comparing him to LT is a bit off in my esimation. White would be my choice... he just impressed me that much, and is used to being on the big stage. Ellis
