i heard his rookie camp was really good, can't wait to see him on the field this year! by the way what a steal some people had him as the top corner in the draft!
Yeah, and in a recent press conference by Rex Ryan he essentially said his twin brother who is a defensive coach for the Browns told him we got the better player - his brother wanted Wilson over Haden. I've heard other reports it was a coin toss for the Browns deciding between Haden and Wilson at #7.

Good Day NY Tune in to Good Day New York (Fox 5) tomorrow 05/11/2010 at 645 AM. Kyle will be featured. Enjoy. Vince
Talk about not knowing anything about the interviewee. "Will playing so close to home put added pressure on you? Being so close that family can watch you live" or something similar to that... Kyle's answer was pretty nice, considering how well the RV is documented, and how often his family made trips out to see him live in person where ever he went... Either way gotta love Wilson. I am surprised how well he handles himself in interviews, I can't imagine he got a whole lot of practice at Boise State... Vince, give you brother some props for handling the press so well, thats something that will serve him well during his career in NY. Oh, and thanks again Vince for getting us the info on Kyle's Interview!
I can't wait to see this kid in action... I hope this puts some pressure on Cromartie to really step up and play since he knows his job is on the line and he has 15 kids to feed... people could really have some issues trying to throw on us with those three back there.. especially with Pace and Taylor coming off the edge to rip the qbs head off.
Our pass rush is going to take a huge step forward with an improved secondary behind them. I expect to see our defense gets their hands on the ball a lot in 2010. Pressure causes mistakes and we have a lot of defensive backs that know how to capitalize on those mistakes. Kyle Wilson is a ballhawk. When you put him back there with the best corner in the game and an extremely gifted athlete like Cromartie, it will be close to impossible to pass on us.
i agree with that man no doubt i am expecting a lot of turn overs and i am expecting kyle wilson to be a big part of that!
Mr.Wilson seriously though its lockdown time barring injuries. Harris Scott and the DL better be ready to clog the middle of the field. and once thats done itll be up to Pace and Pool to clean up the outside runs. very anxious to see this defense translate from paper to the field. some DL depth wouldnt hurt though.
Didn't we have 3 defensive shutouts last season? I know we shutout Houston and Oakland. I'm pretty sure we must have shutout someone else. EDIT: Bengals. They were playing their 2nd stringers in the 2nd half though.
