Leon is a real quality guy as well. I remember at TC, he was doing an interview and the minute he got up I was able to run and get a hold of him and he happily signed something for my little brother. Unfortunately, people saw us doing this and a flock of forty people came running and he was like DAMN YOU. i think overall he didnt mind that much though haha
You are probably too young to remember him, but Erik McMillan had better ball skills than Rhodes. I found McMillan to be more exciting to watch.
Yeah, I may have seen him play, but I was too young to remember.... That said, I try very hard to watch as many tapes of old games as possible, and am pretty well versed in my Jets history-- I guess I just never paid much attention to those late '80s to early '90s teams.... I do have about 10 Erik McMillan trading cards though from when I was a kid...
My favorite players were drafted last year...........Harris and Revis. If they can improve as they go into the 2nd year and grow more accustomed to the NFL the sky is the limit for them. They are going to be perennial All-Pros. I can not recall 2 more exciting rookies ever being on the team......... at least in my opinion.
My favorite player on the Jets has quickly become David Harris, the man hits like a truck and looks like he has all the tools to be a great NFL LB. I love Rhodes almost as much, and I have to give props to LC.
And I would have to say the same thing, I dont care about his contract problems. LC is the man, and the heart and soul of this offense right now.
He is my favorite player for getting snubbed. I think Lynch from the broncos needs to retire because 2 years ago Rhodes should have been a probowler but lynch took it because he said he was going to retire that year
My favorite defensive player the past two seasons - Kerry Rhodes is a Pro Bowl Safety (even if the geniuses didn't vote him in over John Lynch)... ...the Jets had better pay him well...
