#11 is always my Powerball # How come nobody wears 00. I only remember the WR from the Houston Oilers, Burroughs, wearing it. I always thought it looked cool when I was young.
Jim Otto also wore 00. I believe the number was "retired" by the league circa 1973. Burrough and Otto were allowed to continue to wear it for the duration of their careers.
