Totally agree. While there is excitement over a player, getting his Jersey is a bit of a stretch. Why not a Rookie or Someone who has actually done something like Rhodes? Harris? Also, Remember it's a Favre Jersey so you might get it or maybe you won't or maybe it'll ship to tampa or minnesota or just....
You should keep the Pennington jersey, he'll always be a Jet. Vilma? Give it to the dog to play with.
Why do jerseys cost so much? They produce so many, and overseas, it's far from a rare item. Bring down the fn price. Are there any bargains left in America?
 I say....use the Pennington jersey as "emergency toilet paper", JTuds....at least you'll get a sheer industrial use out of it...and all will not be lost
made mine out of tape (knew the vilma jersey would come in handy somehow) and got on sny twice during the mets game. it was free : )
If you are looking for a discount and free shipping, go to this link: http://www.couponalbum.com/coupons/dickssportinggoods.htm Look for the second deal down that says 20% off one item. It takes you to Dick's and you can search for a jersey there (the 20% will come off in the cart). They are also offering free shipping on NFL jerseys. You can get an authentic one made or buy one of the replicas.
Thankyou man! I just got the Gholston swingman for $87.99. And canceled my order on JetsShop, which would of turned out to be $119.54!
I am willing to bet, in two weeks, my local Scheel's Allsports will be carrying Favre Jets jerseys for 40$... and I am from Wisconsin. Tis always been that way... and Favre JETS IS GOING TO SELL WELL in WI.
I get the getting someone who has accomplished something, I don't get buying a rookie jersey though. Sure if they are good they'll be around awhile, but you never know if they pan out. Favre has done something, even if it's not here. I don't know, I've always liked Favre, so that's part of it. I'd never get a rookie's jersey unless it was a player who I was a huge fan of in college already.
Seems it will be as popular as Batman. Broke the all time single day record for a sales of a single jersey in NFL history yesterday.
