The Jets blow the colts out and play great and still the idiot dark siders insist on being negative. Its truly absurd that these clowns continue to root for a team they hate. Just leave and go root for the giants.
I saw snippets of the game but it was good to watch this team play a good game from start to finish. Now if they want to establish some credibility, the team that showed up today has to show up next week against NE. Show up or shut up. It's that simple as one game isn't enough.

The Jets have beaten the teams they were supposed to beat - that narrow, road win over Miami looks a lot better with them playing well now - and dropped games that looked like potential losses at the beginning of the season. All things considered, they're really not in bad shape. Of course, there are many things that need to improve, many things that can be legitimately criticized...but the overwhelming negativity from some folks is ridiculous.
THIS. And don't give me the bullshit that "this was only the Colts." We were supposed to beat them coming in to the season looking at the schedule.. And guess what? We beat them and blew em out. A team that last week came back from being down 21-3 to the Packers last week. Stop your bitching, and save it for when this team under performs.
Yup, but that makes the win even more enjoyable. We won which gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling inside for the week, but it also makes this board more tolerable to visit, read and post as all the fucking whiny cunts are gone hiding and won't stick their heads out as long as the Jets keep winning. As the Nantz and Simms said, if the Jets win next week @NE, regardless of what happens today in Seattle, they'd be no. 1 and 3-0 in the division. Think about that. I don't know is it sad or funny that the board is reacting the way it is reacting, considering the position this team is in. Like Rex always says, it's never as bad as it looks or as good as it looks.
Good win today, there was nothing to really nitpick about. The Jets offense played well, they finally grounded and pounded, Sanchez made the throws and didn't turn the ball over. The defense was getting pressure on the QB, the defense got off the field on 3rd down. Cromartie did a solid job on Wayne. Nothing to be negative about. This was a game we needed to win and we won so i'm happy.
Downer? I'm not excited or negative. I expected a win. We got it. Ran the ball against a team that can't defend it. I'm not gonna get overly excited. Yea they beat the packers who also can't run the ball. And one game isn't enough to completely change my opinion of the team.
I don't know how anybody can be remotely negative today. We didn't turn the ball over. We established the run, which helped Sanchez out Tebow got some meaningful snaps including a HUGE 4th and 11 fake punt. We picked Luck off like three times. We didn't allow a touchdown. Seriously, you have to be reaching to complain about something...
Funny how the homers complain about the negative threads and posts about today's game but can't point specifically to a single one. I understand your euphoria over this game but don't make up shit to prove a point. The Jets played well for 60mins. and won today. Its only one game and NE is next. Enjoy today and move on. Gloating really is classless as there are still 11 games left.

Absolutely agree with you on this. The Jet team today had too many big flags that left points on the field. They played well enough to beat a developing Colt team but it may not be enough to beat NE. As long as the team is competent I don't mind if we lose a game against a better opponent but, "12 men on the field" penalties on the defense and other dumbassed flags? unacceptable.

It makes more sense that fans are excited we won than we lost though and the board is a lot more bearable after a win. I agree, we still need to see well played game. I would consider the HOU game decently played regarding the competition and injuries we had. I would say this was well played. I want to play a competitive game and that would go a long way to show how we would do agaisnt MIA to close out the 1st half of the season
