Not sure, but I thought they were in the bottom half in 2001.

So, the 24 - 3 lead had NOTHING to do with that fact that the Defense couldn't tackle sh*t and if the Steelers hadn't gotten away from b*tch slapping our D in the mouth with Mendenhall and Redmon, they'd have put up over 300 yds on the ground? They (The Steelers), had clock killing drives, because NO ONE on the D could tackle worth a shit. They made this dude (Mendenhall) look like the second coming of Jim Brown, he was bouncing off of Jets defenders like pool cues.

The Jets O could not get into a rhythm, they had the ball less than 10 minutes total in the first half. This was not Schotty OR Sanchez fault, this wasn't even Pettine' or Ryans fault, these guys (the Jets defenders) played intimidated and like the mostly old men they are in the front 7.

The only mistake and unfortunately it WAS the difference maker was that hit Taylor made on Sanchez and he coughed the ball up. But that's happened to the BEST of QB's, I'm sorry Tommy, but I do not agree with your assessment. I'm not saying this kid is all world, I'm not even saying Sanchize doesn't have room for improvement, the kid has solid skills and is only going to get better, but to put that 1st 1/2 shit pile on Sanchez shoulders is ridiculous.

Sanchez did more then enough to win us that game yesterday. He played excellent, That first half defensively killed us.

Sanchez will one day lead us to the promised land.
