You forgot to mention how Sanchez has never gone a game without throwing at least 6 interceptions in his life.

Did I also miss how much of an all-star Flacco is?

It is patently impossible to run on their front 7.

Ngata could be blowing up Slauson/Ducasse all day. havent seen anything from either one that lets me think Haloti wont be in the backfield a couple times monday

but just like us they can be caught out of position with their aggressive blitzing.

Wilson Cro and Revis on Housh Boldin and Mason is always a mis-match

Now you're thinking like a Crows fan!\

What you left out is that Sanchez can't throw the ball while Flacco will easily throw for over 4,000 yards this year.

actually im being serious. lol. Haloti Ngata is one of the best players in the NFL forget DL.

your naive if you think hes not giving us some problems with Slauson and Ducasse in front of him.

that being said this game is completely winnable if we win the turnover battle

i only say all this stuff cause i believe this is our hardest game all year. at least our most balanced overall opponent IMO.

if we win this it solidifies all the talk because the Ravens are definitely on alot of peoples SB pick list. coming out the gate and handling the team you could be playing in the AFCCG would make a statement bigger than Rex could.

"i told you i wasnt full of shit, tuck in your sack NFL cause weve come to fuckin play ball"

then only 15 more games haha man im fuckin psyched.

hopefully Sanchez doesnt get too antsy with no Ed Reed forcing stuff over the top

That's by far my biggest concern for the game. The Big Man from Oregon. I think they'll likely use Hunter/Hartsock on the left side most of the game, especially with us short a receiver, and try to get Slauson some help.

Come on, be realistic here. Ngata is a straight up beast. If he gets one on one with Slauson or Ducasse it could be messy

This game will be a WAR. I can see a FG being the difference.

this should really be the most ugly football game we see all year, possibly in the NFL. Two elite defenses, going hard against two offenses still struggling to find their way.

Yes the ravens offense will be good this year, but our defense is that nasty. Our offense will probably explode right about week 7. Holmes and Sanchez will get their chemistry going and things will just light on fire once that happens.

Yep. Every team we played in the preseason minus the backup battle against Philly the other team's DC went after Slauson and Ducasse all game long. And every team is going to - why wouldn't they?

I think we're going to have to get used to seeing Turner lined up outside of DBrick for a good portion of the season.

I respect the Ravens and I think they will definitely be a playoff team this year and probably win their division. Having said that, I find it a bit perplexing that every analyst and his brother is picking them to go to the superbowl. I'm not saying they are a bad pick (I could easily see them getting it done), I just don't see them as being vastly superior to the Colts, Jets, Bengals, Chargers, or Pats. I also really think their fans are in for a rude awakening come monday night. People are underestimating how hard it is to be effective against Rex's defense early in the season. (Just look at the past performances of his defenses within the first few games of each season) Ravens fans should be intimately aware of this verity. Also, I think this game being our home opener in our new stadium only makes the game that much harder on Baltimore. We'll see what happens but I think a lot of these cocky Raven fans will be in a state of shock come monday night.

this game is huge--besides validating whether or not the Jets are for real, It could play a huge factor on where a playoff game is played---us at the Ravens or them Here come January

i feel like i am the only onr who thinks the ravens are in deep shit monday w/o reed and foxworth....edwards keller and cotchery will have a field day vs that secondary. We will see a looooot of hartstock on the left side monday and a lot of misdirection to catch them off guard. 17-10 Jets win

If Sanchez can play like a Jet, then yes the Ravens are in trouble. However, if he plays like he did in the preseason.....
