If we score zero points we will lose.

He had a good day against the worst passing defense in the NFL. He won't have such an easy time against our D.

Maybe, but the Redskins aren't a cupcake team. He decimated them.

This game scares me because the Lions are hot right now. We could get burnt here if we don't get our offense going.

They played the Giants very tough. They have a very physical DL that is surprisingly athletic (outside of Suh) as well. They also have a VERY underrated CB in Alphonso Smith (who basically shut down Nicks) and a safety whom can cover a lot of ground in Delmas. On offense you've got to keep Stafford's arm strength in check while covering a dangerous pass-catching duo in Johnson & Pettigrew. I'm not sure about Best's health, but if healthy he has the speed to hurt any team that gives him the opportunity.

What stood out to me the most about the Lions in the game they played against the Giants was how they played with pride despite having a poor record and having their 3rd string QB in the game. The Jets need to expect a full game out of them; these ain't the "same old Lions."

All that being said, the Jets are much more talented and should have little trouble winning this game if they utilize the offensive depth they have at the WR position. I think that this Lions team will score some points against the Jets, but I doubt they can stop the Jets offense (especially if it's clicking).

I like seeing QBs from the same draft class duke it out, and I think (hope) that this game comes down to that.

Detroit isn't the pushover team it's been in the past. No doubt we have to come to play to leave the motor city with a win.

What a fucking monster that kid is. What's he got, 6.5 sacks as a rookie DT? That's just absurd.

The defense has nothing to be pissed off at though, unless you mean because they played so well against the Packers and the Jets offense had nothing to show for it, then I get what you're saying.

As far as the passing game is concerned, they are as cupcake as you can get. They won a shootout. Our D won't/shouldn't let that happen.

The Lions have an under-sized Tampa 2 little pansy defense. We should be able to slash off chunks of yardage.

    Handle Megatron.

    jets come out pissed off.

the lions aren't the lions of past.they're a decent team.

but they don't match up well against us. jets need to come out and punch these guys in the mouth up front.

we stay undefeated on the road. i don't see the jets losing two in a row.
