Yup. And the anti-Manning people are still talking as though that would have been a bad move. And then they wonder why we gave Sanchez an extension instead. The fans babble about how they hate to lose, and then they never want the team to do what it takes to win.
Breaking news: the officials have terminated the game in halftime. Both team lose and will receive three games ban because they are too funny.
A disaster. Not only did Jets not pull off Manning but they decide to extend Sanchez contract to make up for any bad blood they created with Mark. Another flawed offseason move by this regime.
Who said Manning would have been a bad move? That's lunacy. People are just saying Manning didn't want to come here in the first place. If he did it would have been his offense for sure. He probably would have gotten Stokley in here too, among other guys.
I could post a billion stats that show that Tebow is better than Sanchez like I did in the preseason. I'd agree neither are good compared to at least half the nfl starters. The major difference is Tebow would not turn the ball over as often and would likely generate more yardage.
On the plus side Sanchez is 12-16 in the game But 3 of those were completed to the wrong Jersey.... I wonder what the highest interception to completion ratio by a QB is in one game where the QB has attempted 15 or more passes.
