    It's not garauntee to sign Samuel. He'll probably ask for more money than he's worth, regardless of his ties with Mangini. Plus there are 30 (not including the Pats) other teams that will be trying to sign him. I'm not neccessarily saying first round. But we do have two second rounders. If someone good is available, I wouldn't complain
