Footy in winter, Cricket in summer and the Commonwealth Games in about 3 weeks It is almost a religious experience to go there , especially with a big crowd (80k +, your team runs out to a HUGE roar, they whoop the arse off another mob (especially Collingwood, Essendon or Richmond--- old clubs , passionate supporters) and then the club song reverberates around the "G".....mate, it is HEAVEN! Only a few days to go!!!! Go Cats!

Just saw Graham on the TV at the footy and he was talking about his contract. He said he signed the one year deal and are planning to re-negotiate in April and that he is hoping for a 3-4 year deal. He said that he was definately going to stay a Jet.
Good to here, this is the first time in the histroy of the Jets when the punter is one of my favourite players. I honestly didn't think it could happen but he brings a new element of toughness to the team that I am sure will also transfer over to other players. I still cannot wait until he drops the boom on someone and makes all the highlight reals
