Yeah heard Boomer talking about it this morning, color blind people who can't distinguish between red and green were pretty pissed off
Looks like there will certainly be no consensus on the uniforms but I haven't seen one comment by anyone dissing the helmets.
The helmets were lovely. They way the caught the light! very nice! I kind of did not mind the all green look but the two tones of green looks awful. I think white cleats on the bottom would have balanced it all out nicely.
I actually liked the jerseys.. Didn't like the green pants... I honestly think they should keep these as a 3rd jersey... But white pants would be better... The helmet was fucking sweet!! I actually bought a Decker kelly green on Monday on the Jets website, and got like 30% off. It came in yesterday, but I didn't wear it to the game... I probably should have.... Oh, well..
I guess this is going to continue the rest of year on Thursday night. NFL and Nike calling it "color crush" It looked like the clash of the Xmas ornaments. That said, white pants would've improved both teams look.
The fucking Raiders uniform is BLUE. They are trying way too hard. No woman should be head of marketing in a male dominated sport.
Didn't mind the Kelly Green all that much. But damn, why so much of it? Still better than the Bill's red POS uniforms, butt ugly those things. However our playcalling was worse!

I loved the helmets. I really liked the jerseys, even though they are essentially green and white Colts jerseys. I like the brighter, kelly green color. I hated the pants, socks, cleats, green OD.
The helmets just look great. We should do green chrome full time. And I like the Kelly Green jerseys more than dookie green primaries we have now. Even if they just changed the color of our current primaries they'd be better. All the greens in the league are getting either super dark or super light. Kelly Green looks good. Also, instead of white-dark green-white stripes on the pants, it should be double green stripes like on the helmet.
Does anyone have a problem with the green that the Jets traditionally wore? Don't need gumby green, more like a forest or hunter green, not at all like the current ones that look like they were made of two different fabrics that faded differently in the wash.
2 different color greens that don't even remotely match makes no sense, white pants would make it less hideous
I noticed during military tribute day that the green in the uniforms seems to be transitioning toward olive drab, they almost matched the theme gear that the sideline staff was wearing.
Yep, same here. I thought the helmets looked great in the metallic green, really good under lights. White strides would have worked well, too.
