Great idea. Tebow can deff get us first downs on short yardage situations just based on running his behomoth body through everyone. Also he would be great for play action since he is a great blocker. Good move

Can't see it happening. Rex was just talking hypothetically, not discussing strategy.

Finally. Been waiting to see Tebow at RB since the offseason.

I can see Tebow being used in any capacity that will help us win.

Actually, I think it will. He's fast, he's big, and he has an easy time seeing the holes develop with the blocking.

I also saw him throw some pretty mean blocks last year. During his rookie year against the Raiders, he held a block for 4 seconds in the mud and looked pretty good doing it.

Wished the Broncos would have done something like that... would have made up for trading Hillis away. Doubt his fanbase would have supported the move though.

A lot of his fan base just wants to see him play, and be successful. They feel the best place for that is at QB. If he shines at RB, then they would get in line.

Most likely in garbage time as they got raped. So no, nice try. Misleading stats.

denver was up 17-6 and he ultimately had 194 yards passing and 93 yards rushing with 2 TDs in the first game.

The other poster was right, success..... at .....times.

And 51 yds and 1 TD of that came in the 2nd half with NE up by 11+

Teams with a big lead are going to allow a QB to scramble. That isn't remotely the same as a running back having success when the score is close.

Well Tebow seems to be a jack of all trades. Or in Ryan's eyes!

You know... I actually like the Jets fans better than the Broncos fans concerning Tebow. The only problem is that the most annoying people here are the Tebow Obsessors who followed him over here from Denver. And by Tebow Obsessors, I mean dudes that are obsessed with him and follow him from team to team even though they claim to be happy he left.
