Really...who cares? If the Jets wanna pay him, they can HAVE him. I have no doubt that they talked to him, directly or indirectly....but the fact remains, this stuff goes on every year...it's not the first time the Jets or Pats have been suspected of tampering. Does contacting the agent qualify as tampering? I don't know...don't much care, either. These two franchises accuse each other of tampering pretty much every year...or doesn't anyone else remember?
I like ProFootballTalk, but from what I gathered in the year or so of reading they are HUGE patriots fan.
Nothing new, how many times have they accused us of tampering? Branch? Samuel the first time? Meh....
