If Tavaris Jackson was THAT good, i don't think they would've traded for brooks. They gave up a decent amount for him.

there are far too many people who are still drinking the 2002 kool-aid. i root for the new york jets, not the chad checkbook jets. he has a LOSING record since 2003 against winning teams. he is not going to lead this team anywhere, and the longer he hangs around , the longer the team will take to recover. isn't it enough for you to see all the players who left because he strangled the salary cap? in effect, dumbway had to go dumpster shopping for offensive lineman because mr. checkbook had so much cap money tied up. revisit the giants game, and talk about that laser pass he quacked right into mcquarters hands. or , the fumble on the 7 yard line in tampa. teams are either going to blitz him to death, like the raiders, or flood the middle with defenders and dare him to throw those ducks on the out patterns, like the pats and giants did, to get easy picks.:sad: we'd be better off with someone else starting at qb.
