I'm guessing they have Lawson in mind for the Leo position in the 4-3 Under, which is the weak side edge role. Is Hendrickson still in play? I figured him for this same role, which Nick Bosa filled in San Fran.
Could be, maybe made a fair offer and was not willing to let Jets be used to drive up price. It would be nice to end up with both. If Joe ends up with Hendrickson, Lawson, Davis, and Davis, I would be happy.
The thing is Leo wasn't even getting pressure or hits. Lawson has been getting both at high levels, just not the sacks. I think he will here.

Leo was playing out of position. The Jets played him at DT. The Giants are playing him at DE where he was drafted. Stupid Jets always trying to convert someone to their weaknesses.

I guess my memory is faulty, but I don't remember him doing much of anything with the Jets. I remember that it wasn't until he went to the Giants that he really started playing better.
