it finally happened to me, scanning in early as usual and both of my badges wouldn't work. they made me go to the box office and get hard tickets with no explanation as to why. when I looked at the portal today my points are all jacked up. one ticket has me in and the other does not, what a cluster fuck! missing 1250 plus whatever the fan assists will be. they said maybe my card was messed up but how could that be when I could make purchases off both of them inside the stadium. way to piss off your fans before they even step foot in the door...
Wow. That sucks. There has not been a year since this program started that I have not had one or both of my seats messed up. Sometimes it’s an easy fix and a pleasant experience dealing with the Jets rewards personel, but more often then not it’s a headache. Hope they fix it for you with minimal hassles.
Yes, I’ve done it 4+ times in both types of suites (the indoor/outdoor and the open/close window type) and I like it. It just becomes pricey with the food because only “finger” food is included. It’s a great experience for me because my seats are in the 300 level, so I can feel rich for a game lol
Did anyone get the fan assist points yet? I got all the attendance points and early entry points but no fan assist. I don’t want to contact them if they just did not enter them yet.
They normally are update by Tuesday for me. For some reason, they take longer than the attendance points
Usually, there's a second survey code. I wish they would email me the survey every week. Does anyone else have the second survey code?
