    So its really 4, and Groh lasted one year. So Parcells, Herm, Mangini- all lasted 3+ years.

    Way to count Belichick to even the #s up.... we don't count him.

    So really its Parcells, Groh, Herm, Mangini.

    And I'll pick 4 from that list - Callahan, Turner, Shell, Kiffin..... wow, what a list. where's the winning record?

    It doesn't matter who coaches the raiders because they have the worst owner in the nfl. Time has passed al davis by. The only way the raiders become a winner is they get a new owner

    if you get Sport Illustrated, there is an article about the Raiders in the end of the issue... its a decent piece, but at the end of it DeAngelo Hall is quoted saying its all about Al Davis and nothing else- that's not how you win in today's NFL.

    I think you're taking Hall's quote out of context.

    As far as the coaches, The Jets named Belichick coach and he immediately resigned. Embarassing but true, and completely relevant when the topic is coaching instability.
