The RB situation is that this is the best lineup in years.

' ''They'll have to kill me to take my spot.''

McKnight was fired up, his lower lip quivering slightly, when he was asked by a reporter if he could soon be out the door... '

I haven't had a lot of nice things to say about JMK, but he's starting to convince me that a light has come on.

I think Bradshaw would have been a great fit. When healthy he is MUCH better than Ivory or Goodson at their best

All of the sudden our RB situation doesn't look so good with Goodson being arrested...

Well, our most stable RB at the moment is Bilal Powell so I guess it mostly depends on how the Jets see him at this point.

We have to assume that Chris Ivory is going to break down if asked to be the mainstay. His history suggests that he does not have a prayer of getting through a 16 game season if handed the ball on a regular basis.

Bradshaw on the cheap would be great - at this point it will be tough to get a durable RB anyways!

I believe what ever RB will get some yards after this revamped OL(always neglicted like a stepchild), thanks to Idzik who in hindsite 20/20 is getting it done through the draft and via FA.

It all starts with "the line"

This is a really good point. Mike Shanahan would have somebody go for 1,300 yards behind that line next year if he had to pluck him off a loading dock to get it done.

The Jets definitely have the capability to resolve the depth issue. They just need to avoid going into the season with just Ivory, Powell and McKnight as the only choices unless they think Powell can get it done.

I have not heard that he is healthy, otherwise I liked him with the Giants, except for his fumbling issues.
