The Dolphins still have to prove a lot, this imo is Joe Philbins first "crisis" as an NFL head coach. 3 game losing streak, lets see how he rallies his team. Personally im not a believer in Joe Philbin but he has a chance to stop the bleeding. All coaches go through these crisis's, some sink, some turn the ship around. Lets see what they are made of.
Its a win win/ lose lose for us. Pats lose and we still have a shot at the division albeit a bit unlikely. Or the Phins lose and the wheels start to come off on their wildcard chances.
Upcoming schedules: NYJ: @ CIN vs NO BYE @ BUF @ BAL vs MIA vs OAK @ CAR vs CLE @ MIA NE: vs MIA vs PIT @ CAR (Mon) vs DEN (SNF) @ HOU vs CLE @ MIA @ BAL vs BUF MIA: @ NE vs CIN (Thu) @ TB (Mon) vs SD vs CAR @ NYJ @ PIT vs NE @ BUF vs NYJ
last year, even with the 2012 offense we were leading the Smelly Fish at Met Life until our defense committed a tragic mistake and injured Ryan "Leaf" Tannebust. Tannebust came out, Matt Moore came in and proceeded to stomp us into the dirt and emerge with the victory This year, thankfully, it appears that Tannebust is firmly scheduled to start both the games with play with the Smelly Fish
It looks like every team competing for the wildcard is going to lose today. The only team to gain ground is the Chargers because they didnt play this week. Keep ur heads up, whoever gets the 6 seed will likely be a 9-7 mediocre team.
Some of you guys are unbelievable. This fan base is a disgrace. We have a good game, we are all in. We have a bad game, you jump off the ship. It's a young team. What the hell do you expect? 4-5 going into the bye with a very nice schedule coming up. There is no reason why we can't go 8-8 or 9-7 and sneak in. The 2H of this season is going to be very fun.
You gonna be real fun watching Tannehilx2, Flacco, Newton, and Pryor throw for 300+ yards on this secondary.
Playoffs!!!??? You want to talk playoffs??? Actually, we could still make the playoffs but we need to step up after the bye and win 3-4 consecutive games. We should worry more about winning two games in a row than getting into the playoffs. Last time I checked, every Superbowl victor won at least two games in a row at least once during the season.
Jets will be lucky to get 2 more wins (Buffalo, Balt) but both are away and we probably get 1 more and finish 5-11. They will lose the last 5 - you can bank on it. This team is not beating Miami, Oakland, Cleveland or Carolina. The Tampa and Atlanta wins do not look like much now, Buffalo sucks, and in reality NE is nothing special
