I thought I read somewhere (an article link here perhaps) that Mangini has said to his scouts that they must bring to him guys for consideration (in draft, free agency) that are smart, tought, football guys, etc. and if they don't fit that description, they must know that their name will be associated with that recommendation. Don't know if that's true, but sounds like he has a pretty big say in player selection to me.

rofl robertson is not that bad. obviously ferguson's departure affected robertson and vilma's game (more tackles from poor gap maintainance, less int's from lack of time to digest plays and keep FB's/OL away from him)

expecting someone whos barely over 6 ft at 280-285 to play NT will result in throwing off your whole defense. (James Reed)

im not saying robertson is phenomonal but i guarantee you'd find less critics if we went back to after his rookie season when he had a realt NT playing next to him.

    Tangini from the Parcells Academy

If Tangini will set the Draft Value board for the War Room, then, putting aside your love for particular players, what should we expect from the draft. I remember that Parcells was a big fan of drafting O-Line and D-Line early. But, was he in NE when they took Bledsoe?
