id love to be offered that kind of buyout. my company used to do stuff like that but no longer does. 80 weeks is almost 7 years, and to provide health insurance for that long as well. and give me my last years bonus too. im all in for that. its a horrible business situation for woody. it sounds like he is still blaming others instead of looking in the mirror and realizing he is a huge part of the problem in jet land.
my question is, did woody see the survey and deny its truthfulness, yes yes he did. did he then say oh ok well instead of FIXING these things let me see if i can buy my way out of it. offer those areas that didnt do well, other than himself, a buyout so he could feign like he was actually doing something. or did he see his buddy and his doge experiment and think im going to do the same. i think its a bit of both of those. lets remember woody is a bootlicker when it comes to politics and a simpleton when it comes to running a business.
