Jets Offense Afraid of the Deep End

    This is not necessarily about Clemens- other than the fact that at this point he is our only option to Pennington and has a strong arm to throw the ball down the field.

    This is an issue of whether a team can win when they give up on the deep passing game 100% - and offer ZERO deep threat to the defense. The Jets cannot even pretend they can burn a team deep - and that's why our opponents can stack the line and shut down our running game and our short passing game. You don't have to be Bellichick to come up with a defensive scheme to stop the Jets...

    in no way, shape, form, or fashion, does throwing it longer than chad, fix our problems! football is won and lost in the trenches, and we will lose to those that keep thumping us there! i dont care if daffy duck or bugs bunny is our qb!!

    Don't be ridiculous...Bugs Bunny is a much better receiver than a QB :rofl:

    hey in baseball, bugs played.....1st base, 2nd base, etc....... and did the pitching and catching!!!!! that would solve our front offices money to the players problem wouldnt it? bunch of cheap asses!!!

    We had 5 pass plays of 20+ yards vs Baltimore....

    Where was it? That's more than we've had in the other 3 games COMBINED this season....

    Waitta ignore the whole rest of my post, and focus on the only thing you thought you could refute.... And fail miserably....
