    Clemens can't be on the roster. There has to be a better option than him.

    What have you seen from Winston that shows he’s not going to throw 2+ backbreaking interceptions a game?

    I take back what I said. I don't know how flexible he is and I leave it up to the new regime to decide whether they want him or not.

    I'm on your page entirely. GOD no Winston. Also, NO drafting of a QB. The NY Jets have NEVER drafted and coached up a QB. 1st round all the way to the last pick. So, why waste the pick? Better to pick up someone who is already in the league and languishing on a practice squad. Taylor can be the starter and backed up by the kid we drafted last year and whomever. Of course, ALL of the aforementioned moves do NOT tack place under the useless eye of Johnson. NO moves made until they sucker some poor bastards into the leadership roles of the team.

    As well, I don't want to hear the word rebuild. "They can rebuild" my ass. I don't want to hear it, I don't want to read it...nothing. I want, no less, than NINE wins next year or don't even fucking bother. Sell the team so we can can either move on or KNOW we are going to suck for the next half decade. I love it when I hear people bring up the whole worst to first. Yeah, maybe there are teams that do that, but not this team. This team can't even go from worst to mediocre.

    <sigh>

    I can't wait for today to be over. I hope the fire absolutely everyone, including Woody Johnson, on down.

    There is absolutely zero upside with Tyrod Taylor. He’s a 36 year old career backup beyond a couple years in Buffalo collecting as many millions and service years on the NFL pension as he can.

    Winston turns the ball over a ton but he’s also finished top ten in passing touchdowns twice in his career including second in 2019.

    No drafting of a QB? Why? Not saying I want one where we’ll be drafting but you don’t shell up and stop taking cracks because it hasn’t worked out in the past.
