He lasted through Mangini's term, and it appears he's sticking around during Rex's. Thing is, his playing-speed isn't that fast; at least, it doesn't look like it is when watching him. Maybe his reactionary skills are slow, which makes him look slower, I don't know. He just reminds me of smaller David Barrett, and that is frustrating to watch.
