There would be 2 teams involved, I am not saying it's true but it could be leaked from detroit's side.

Has there ever been a rumor of this size that has had any remotely speck of truth to it?

hmm...even if we had Johnson, we don't have a QB who could reach him downfield. How's that for a reason?

 And the other more important point is that this is just about the time when silly internet rumors start. It happens ever year before the draft and about 99% of them are meaningless

    Quinn's gonna be a bust.

I have absolutely nothing to support this claim, but you have nothing that proves he won't be either.

I am only in support of this if it is for our #25 and Vilma. Otherwise stay put.

We all know this is preposterous at best. What could be true is this. Detroit has a deal in place to trade with someone else for that #2 spot and we are talking with them to trade for whatever they got in that trade...but that's garbage too because there won't be any trades for any picks until Oakland announces what they are going to do..and that may not happen until tomorrow morning or even when they are on the clock.

Wow, that's big of you. Our #25 and Vilma for the #2.

Is it possible the Jets and Lions are talkiing....only it's the Jets looking to move out of the first round and pick up the Lions early 2nd round pick?

Now that sounds like a real possibility.

For the record the Lions have nothing special at MLB and are on record as preferring to go on the defensive side of the ball with the 2 pick, although ideally they trade down enough to get some depth and then get Patrick Willis or one of the defensive linemen a bit lower.

It sounds to me that this is Detroit trying to force the Bucs into a trade. Wow, look at all the teams that want this pick, Bucs, better give up the farm for it!
